Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Utility Coordination, Right of Way, and Construction phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Thirteen Million Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($13,428,757.50), an increase of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1,153,757.50) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at eighty percent.
