Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution Nos. 471, 722, 793 and 855 of 2011 by transferring all active Neighborhood Needs projects from three budget years in PeopleSoft into budget year 2012 in the JDE financial system and by making the following changes in City Council District 6 Neighborhood Needs as per "Revised Budget" column.
