Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 130, effective March 28, 2001, entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements in connection with the Reconstruction of McArdle Roadway Viaduct No. 2, including Construction Management Services; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 130, effective March 28, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
" The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements in connection with the Reconstruction of McArdle Roadway Viaduct No. 2, including Construction Management Services at a cost not to exceed $3,200,000.00 chargeable to the following account(s):
