Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Department of Law and/or the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, in full and final settlement related to litigation at GD 19-007012 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, to accept Three Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($325,000.00); to issue a warrant in favor of Beth Ann Butler and Charles Butler, her husband, and their attorneys Elliott & Davis, PC, totaling Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00) for the purchase of certain property and further authorizing the execution of a deed and other documents as needed to complete said property purchase.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Department of Law, on behalf of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, are authorized to accept Three Hundred and Twenty-five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($325,000.00) in full and final settlement related to litigation at GD 19-007012 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania to be deposited into the following Code Account: 11101.108000.44.44109.
Section 2. The issuance of a warrant is authorized in favor of Beth Ann Butler and Charles Butler, her husband, and their attorneys Elliott & Davis, PC, totaling Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($5,000.00) to be appropriated from the following code account, 11101.108000.58.58105.2021 in final settlement related to litigation at GD 19-007012 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and for the purchase, in lieu of eminent domain, of all right, title and interest in real property identified as Parcel ID No. 0006-B-00004-0000-00 with a mailing address of 31 Greenleaf Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15211 and certain additional property in the vicinity currently without a designated Parcel ID.
Section 3. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute a deed or deeds and other documents as needed to complete a purchase, in lieu of eminent domain, with the current owner or owners of Parcel ID No. 0006-B-00004-0000-00 with a mailing address of 31 Greenleaf Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15211 and certain additional property in the area without a designated Parcel ID; in final settlement related to litigation at GD 19-007012 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
