Title
Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No.704, effective January 1, 2008, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2012 Capital Improvement Program," by adjusting various line-items to reflect additional funding available under the Community Development Block Grant program and from the Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 704, effective January 1, 2008, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2008 Capital Budget and the 2008 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2008 through 2012 Capital Improvement Program," is hereby amended and supplemented by increasing the amount of CDBG funds from $16,000,000 to $16,490,923 to reflect the final approved grant amount from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The additional $490,923 is allocated as follows:
