Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

 

                     Resolution amending Resolution # 335 of 2022 “authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects for a term of up to (2) years” is hereby amended to:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) and amendments thereto with OST, Inc. for short term emergency professional IT (Information Technology) staffing resources as needed to fulfill a number of critical IT and device related projects related to database management and migration and software development to replace key systems for a term of up to (2) years at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Forty Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty Six Dollars and Two Cents ($246,346.02) Four Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred Forty Six Dollars and Two Cents ($426,346.02) for a term of up to 3 years.
