Resolution amending Resolution 78 of 2026, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Fisher Phillips, LLP for legal consulting services in connection with labor disputes to amend the scope of work, adjust hourly rates, extend the term, and allocate additional funding in an amount not to exceed ONE MILLION AND TEN THOUSAND FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,010,400.00) over three (3) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 78 of 2026, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution 130 of 2025, which amended Resolution 603 of 2024, by authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Fisher Phillips LLP, in connection with issues involving labor disputes, by increasing the approved amount by Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($275,400) for a new total cost not-to-exceed Four Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($485,400.00) over two (2) years.” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or agreements and amendments thereto, with Fisher Phillips LLP for legal services related to ongoing labor disputes to amend the scope of work, adjust hourly rates, and allocate additional funding in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($525,000) for a new not-to-exceed total of ONE MILLION AND TEN THOUSAND FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,010,400.00) over three (3) years, charging to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
