Title:
Resolution amending Resolution No. 104, effective March 16, 2001, entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Renovation of Various Play Areas; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the project allocation by $50,000 from $495,000 to $545,000.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 104, effective March 16, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, for the Renovation of Various Play Areas and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies for said projects, at a cost not to exceed $495,000.00 payable from the following accounts:

is hereby amended to read as follows:
