Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 451, effective July 22, 1999, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts in connection with the Grandview Public Space Improvements; and providing for the payment of he cost thereof," by increasing the project allocation by $67,630 from $150,000 to $217,630.

Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 451, effective July 22, 1999, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts in connection with the Grandview Public Space Improvements at a cost not to exceed $150,000 chargeable to the following:
