Resolution repealing Resolution 410 of 2000, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract, or use of existing Agreement(s) or periodic interdepartmental transfer of funds in connection with the design and construction of the North Bank of the Ohio River trail.  Providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 410, effective June 14, 2000 which presently reads as follows:

Section 1:  The Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Contracts and/or Agreements(s) or use existing Agreements or periodic transfer of funds to the Department of Public Works or the Department of Engineering and Construction in connection with the design and construction of the North Bank of the Ohio River trail at a cost not to exceed $150,000 chargeable to and payable as follows:

Section 2:  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the receipt of the federal government's share of the costs to the City of Pittsburgh.  

Section 3:  That any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this resolution.

IS HEREBY REPEALED.
