Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or a Memorandum of Understanding with the Logistics Management Institute d/b/a NobleReach Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00) to support one fellowship position in data science and one fellowship position in cyber security. A local match not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($152,000.00) will bring the total project cost to an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, and/or a Memorandum of Understanding with the Logistics Management Institute d/b/a NobleReach Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00) to support one fellowship position in data science and one fellowship position in cyber security. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 0329400519.48311.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said grant expenditures shall not exceed Seventy-Eight Thousand Dollars ($78,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grant Trust Fund, job number 0329400519.
Section 3. A local match not to exceed One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($152,000.00) shall come from the following 2026 Department of Innovation & Performance salaries and benefits accounts, subject to appropriation by City Council in future budget years:
