This property is being acquired as part of a site being assembled for future development. This abandoned, blighted property was acquired by the City at Treasurer's Sale due to tax delinquencies.
The subject property is adjoined by one privately owned property (Block 11-E, Lot 60) having a fair market value of $2,700 for tax assessment purposes. Also two adjacent parcels (Block 11-E, Lots 58 and 60A) are owned by the City of Pittsburgh and are part of the site being assembled. (See attached printouts from County records for information on adjacent properties). The subject lot is slightly sloped with no view of the City.
