Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      That Section 2 of Resolution 13, effective 1/29/09, is hereby amended as follows:
 
Section 2.   The  Director of City Planning is directed to issue a Request for Proposals relating to line item "Traffic Study - Inner City Transit Options" before February March 1, 2009, with specific criteria, reporting and scheduling outlined in Exhibit A.
