Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Construction phases of the Brownsville Road Safety Improvement Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Five Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Dollars ($4,504,368.00), to be paid from the following account/s:
