Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Right-of-Way, and Construction phases of the Smithfield Street Reconstruction project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Million Eight Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($9,890,000.00), an increase of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($620,000.00) from the previous resolution (214 of 2023), reimbursable at eighty percent;
