Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement, or Agreements, or Amended Agreements, with AE7 Pittsburgh LLC for costs associated with the 412 Boulevard of the Allies Project at a cost not to exceed Six Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($602,390.75), an increase of Twenty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($27,650.44) from the previously passed authorization (Res. 475 of 2024). Said expenses shall be chargeable and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to amend the agreement with AE7 in the future to add the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) as a party and include the Scope of Work for the design of HACP units as soon as the HACP receives permission from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) to expand funding for the property, which will occur upon the filing of a Declaration of Trust against the property with terms requited by HUD.  In such event, the amount of compensation may be increased to an amount now to exceed Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($796,967.26).

 

Upon future amendment of the Agreement to add the Housing Authority as a party, the following Code Account will be used:

 

Housing Authority - 8330215018.54205.00, $194,576.51

 

Section 3.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.

 

Section 4.                     In all other respects, Resolution 42 effective January 10, 2019, as amended by Resolution 665 effective October 11, 2019, as amended by Resolution 227, effective May 17, 2022, as amended by Resolution 475, effective July 16, 2024, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
