Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2000 Capital Budget and the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2000 through 2005 Capital Improvement Program," by adding the line item "Memorial Restoration" in the amount of $10,000 and by reducing the line item "Contingency" by the same amount in the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs detail.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
