Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with various community-based organizations for the implementation of the 2025 Neighborhood Economic Development program and provide operating support for these groups, and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($720,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2. If City Council does not accept the recommendations of the Neighborhood Economic Development Advisory Committee, the Council Budget Director shall submit a communication for the legislative record explaining the reasoning behind said deviations.
Section 3. Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution
