Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design of the Penn Ave Signal Improvements project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand and Six Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($983,660.00), an increase of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (#54486); reimbursable at Eighty percent.
