Resolution further amending Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2000 Capital Budget and the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2000 through 2005 Capital Improvement Program," by deleting the line item "Neighborhood Welcome Sign Program," $30,000, by reducing the line item "Contingency" by $1,000, and by adding the line item "Hazelwood Historic Farm House," $31,000, in the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs detail.
