Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 590, effective October 11, 2016, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and professional services in connection with Liberty Avenue SINC UP, at a cost not to exceed $929,306.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a co-op agreement with the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC), providing for the design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Liberty Avenue SINC UP project; The project is at a cost not to exceed $662,261.00, of which 20%, or $132,453.00 is chargeable to the City of Pittsburgh and payable from the following accounts:
