Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 487, effective July 20, 2001, entitled "Providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, and providing for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the investigation, design, construction and/or remediation for critical slope failures throughout the City; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the total project allocation by $61,416.00 from $230,000.00 to $291,416.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 487, effective July 20, 2001, which presently reads as follows:
" The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, and providing for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the investigation, design, construction and/or remediation for critical slope failures throughout the City, at a cost not to exceed $230,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
