Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplemental agreement or agreements with KCI Technologies Inc. for costs associated with Final Design phase of the 28th Street Bridge project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Fourteen Cents ($2,320,581.14), an increase of Sixty-Two Thousand Fifty-Seven Dollars and Twenty-Eight Cents ($62,057.28) from the previously executed agreement; chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
