Resolution amending Resolution 524-2020, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a multi-year agreement or agreements with ePlus Technology, Inc. for network monitoring and a security professional services partner aligned with key business goals of reducing risk, improving service efficiency, and minimizing client impact to include better network utilization, monitoring and enhanced security posture throughout the enterprise, by increasing the approved amount by Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($765,300) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed One Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars ($1,249,493) over nine (9) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 524-2020, “The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements and any amendments thereto with ePlus Technology, Inc. for a three-year term for network monitoring and a security professional services partner aligned with key business goals of reducing risk, improving service efficiency, and minimizing client impact to include better network utilization, monitoring and enhanced security posture throughout the enterprise at a cost not to exceed a total of $484,193 (Four Hundred Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Three Dollars and Zero Cents) for such three-year term” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements and any amendments thereto with ePlus Technology, Inc. for network monitoring and a security professional services partner aligned with key business goals of reducing risk, improving service efficiency, and minimizing client impact to include better network utilization, monitoring and enhanced security posture throughout the enterprise, by increasing the approved amount by Seven Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($765,300) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed One Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars ($1,249,493) over nine (9) years.

Section 2. The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Any Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
