Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 930, effective December 30, 2002, entitled: "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various Community organizations, for operational/administrative and various other expenses at a cost not to exceed $281,500.00, chargeable to and payable from City Planning's General Fund Grants Account", deleting "Lawrenceville Block Watch Network" in the amount of (-4,000.00) and by adding "Morningside Youth Football" in the amount of (+1,000.00), "Penn-Main Business Assoc." (+1,000.00), "Bloomfield Business Assoc. (+1,000.00) and "Morningside Area Community Council" (+1,000.00).
Body Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: Section 1.
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment and/or minor rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, and further, authorizing various City Departments to enter into contracts(s) or use existing contracts for the purchase and installation of equipment and/or furniture at a cost not to exceed $281,500.00, chargeable to and payable from Account 566100, Fund 1000, Organization 110000, Subclass 300 and shall include the following community organizations:
