Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 28, approved February 4, 1997 entitled "Amending Resolution No. 229, approved March 13, 1992 entitled Amending Resolution #636, approved July 23, 1986, entitled providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) in the Allegheny West community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code 549, so as to expand the streets included in existing Allegheny West Area 'G'" so as to add one address to Area "G" (Council District #6).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The second paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 28, approved February 4, 1997, which paragraph provides for the parking management plan for in Area "G" and which presently reads as follows:

 

Within an area starting at an intersection of Beech Avenue and Allegheny Avenue along Beech Avenue to its intersection to Brighton Road.  Starting at the intersection of Western Avenue and Allegheny Avenue along Western Avenue to its intersection with Brighton Road.  Starting at the intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and Galveston Avenue along North Lincoln Avenue to its intersection with Brighton Road and at the intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and Allegheny Avenue west along the north blockface of North Lincoln Avenue to its conclusion.  Starting at the intersection of Allegheny Avenue and North Avenue along Allegheny Avenue to its intersection with Beech Avenue.  Starting at the intersection of Brighton Road and Western Avenue along Brighton Road to its intersection with Ridge Avenue.  Starting at the intersection of Galveston Avenue and Jabok Way, along the east side of Galveston Avenue to its intersection with North Avenue and then along Galveston Avenue to its intersection with Ridge Avenue.  Starting at the intersection of Dasher Street and East General Robinson Street along Dasher Street going North to its conclusion: and only to include the residents on the odd side of the 100 block of Burdock Way and the even side of the 100 block of Alcor Street.

 

is hereby amended to read as follows:
