Title

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and/or the Director of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 1 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job #0141001012.

Section 2. The funds allocated to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation-Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Brighton Heights neighborhood.
Section 3. The funds allocated to Brightwood Civic Group- Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Brightwood neighborhood.
Section 4. The funds allocated to East Allegheny Community Council- Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the East Allegheny neighborhood.
Section 5. The funds allocated to Observatory Hill-Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Observatory Hill neighborhood.
Section 6. The funds allocated to Observatory Hill Inc. Newsletter shall be utilized to assist in the publication of the Observatory Hill newsletter.
Section 7. The $10,000 allocated to Spring Hill Citizens Council shall be utilized for:
a- the installation, repair, rehabilitation, and improvement of a wall or walls and other improvements at and near the Spring Hill Spring; or,
b- the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Spring Hill-City View neighborhood,
c- or both
Section 8. The funds allocated to Spring Hill Citizens Council-Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Spring Hill-City View neighborhood.
Section 9. The funds allocated to Troy Hill Citizens Inc-Surveillance Cameras shall be utilized for the procurement, installation, and operation of surveillance cameras in the Troy Hill neighborhood.
