Resolution amending Resolution 574 of 2023, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an Amended Agreement or Agreements with Purvis Systems for installation of a new fire station alerting system and related support services, by extending the term three years and increasing the approved amount by SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS, ($690,825), for an amended total cost not-to-exceed FOUR MILLION EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY ONE CENTS ($4,089,352.51) over thirteen (13) years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 574 of 2023, entitled “Resolution amending Resolution No. 317 of 2021, authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an amended agreement or agreements with Purvis Systems for installation of a new fire station alerting system and related support services by increasing the approved amount by $634,700.00 for an amended total cost not-to-exceed THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-ONE CENTS ($3,398,527.51) over ten years,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an amended agreement or agreements with Purvis Systems for installation of a new fire station alerting system and related support services at an overall cost not to exceed FOUR MILLION EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY-ONE CENTS ($4,089,352.51) over thirteen (13) years.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for said amended agreement or agreements from the following accounts in their respective budget years with corresponding dollar amounts as follows, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years:
