Presenter Presented by Ms. Carlisle   Title Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2000 Capital Budget and the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2000 through 2005 Capital Improvement Program, by adding Pittsburgh Pridefest $3,500, Friendship Development Baum Grove tree planting/maintenance $4,000, Oakland BID - Farmer's Market Project $ 2,700 and Kelly Strayhorn Theatre $1,000 and by reducing Craig Street Corridor tree maintenance and replacement from 20,000 to $8,148 to reflect actual expenditures in Council District 8.  Body Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:   Section 1.   AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 861, effective January 1, 2000,  as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2000 Capital Budget and the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2000 through 2005 Capital Improvement Program, by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2000 Capital Budget amendments."  By making the following changes to City Council Neighborhood Needs Detail.     Is hereby amended to read as follows:   SEE ATTACHMENT Attachment
