Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, and/or the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and/or the Director of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety and/or the Chief of the Bureau of Police are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s), or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement(s) or use existing Agreements for various projects payable from the City Council District 1 Neighborhood Needs: JDE Job #0141001012.

Section 2. The Public Safety-AEDs line item shall be utilized for the purchase of automated external defibrillators for senior facilities on the Northside.
Section 3. The American Legion Post #681-War Memorials line item shall be utilized for the maintenance, rehabilitation, and/or refurbishment of War Memorials.
Section 4. The additional $5,500 for the Spring Hill Civic League shall be utilized for surveillance cameras.
Section 5. The Historic Deutschtown Development Corporation line item shall be utilized for a walkway and other infrastructure improvements, and also for PumpkinFest.
Section 6. The Northside Leadership Conference line item shall be utilized for:
a. $10,000 for Community Development Planning and Outreach
b. $2,000 for Real Estate Development
Section 7. The Allegheny West line item shall be utilized for anything that is otherwise eligible for Neighborhood Needs, including but not limited to prior authorizations from previous resolutions for the same line item.
