Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 24, effective January 29, 2016, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the installation of Audible & Traffic Signals; at a cost not to exceed $595,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the installation of Audible & Traffic Signals through an ARLE grant, at Bigelow and Centre, and at Braddock and Hamilton. The project is at a cost not to exceed $730,000.00, which is chargeable to the City of Pittsburgh and payable from the following accounts:
