Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 775, effective November 17, 2000, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements for Design Services and Project Management Services in connection with the Brookline Boulevard Improvements; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by increasing the total project allocation by $800,000 from $752,000 to $1,552,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 775, effective November 17, 2000, which presently reads as follows:
 
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for Design Services and Project Management Services in connection with the Brookline Boulevard Improvements, at a cost not to exceed $752,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the Federal Government's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh, in connection with the Brookline Boulevard Improvements.
 
Section 3.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 775, effective November 17, 2000, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
