Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 85, approved January 28, 1985, Resolution No. 829, approved September 22, 1986 and Resolution No. 489, approved June 8, 1989, entitled "Providing for implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program in portions of Bloomfield community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code", so as to retain the current limit on visitor's pass usage.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph 2 of Resolution No. 85 approved January 28, 1985, which provides for the parking management plan for in Area "H" and which presently reads as follows:
Motorize vehicular parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for vehicle registration, or to a person who owns or leases commercial property; and
is hereby amended to read as follows;
Motorize vehicular parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for vehicle registration, or to a person who owns or leases commercial property. Use of the visitors' pass shall be limited to no more then five consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle; and
Section 2:
Paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 829, approved September 22, 1986, which provides for the parking management plan for in Area "H" and which presently reads as follows:

is hereby amended to read as follows;
