Resolution amending Resolution 644 of 2022, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Human Resources and Civil Service Commission to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh a Professional Services Agreement with Willis Towers Watson for services related to supporting the City with the development and negotiation of employee benefits that are provided to City employees by increasing the approved amount by Three Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Dollars ($332,000.00), after extending the term by one year for an amended total cost not to exceed One Million, Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1,620,000.00) over five years and for the payment of costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 644 of 2022 entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Human Resources and Civil Service Commission to enter into an Agreement with Willis Towers Watson for services related to supporting the City with development and negotiations of employee benefits that are provided to City employees, for a sum not to exceed One Million, Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Dollars ($1,288,000.00) over four years and for the payment of costs thereof,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Amended Professional Service Agreement or Agreements, with Willis Towers Watson for services related to supporting the City with development and negotiations of employee benefits that are provided to City employees, providing compensation in the amount of One Million, Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1,620,000.00) for five (5) years.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in the respective budget year from the following chart account:
