Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Section 1. of Resolution No. 1224, effective November 1, 1993 as amended by Resolution #743, effective October 2, 1995 Which presently reads as follows:

                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the administration and implementation of the Rehabilitation and Modernization of Housing for Low and Moderate Income Persons' Program at a cost not to exceed $904,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the 1993 CDBG Program-Housing Authority, Rehabilitation and Modernization of Housing for Low and Moderate Income Persons' Project,

                     Is hereby amended to read as follows:

                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the administration and implementation of the Rehabilitation and Modernization of Housing for Low and Moderate Income Persons' Program at a cost not to exceed $903,999.90 chargeable to and payable from the 1993 CDBG Program-Housing Authority, Rehabilitation and Modernization of Housing for Low and Moderate Income Persons' Project, 500000-2610-810000-C1993-2211004-1997.
