Amending Resolution No. 394, effective June 24, 2005, entitled "Providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program; so as to reprogram funds in City Council from “Urban League/Northview” (-5,950) to the “East Northside Action Committee Senior Center” (+5,950).
