Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 86, effective February 27, 2002, as amended by Resolution No. 748, effective November 18, 2002, which presently reads as follows:
 
" The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, and for the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Renovation of Various Play Areas; at a cost not to exceed  $660,000.00,chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
