Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.
 
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain property bounded by: South Aiken Avenue, the existing EMI district boundary line, Centre Avenue, the westernmost boundary line of Block No. 51-R, lot number 150 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and the southernmost boundary line of Block No. 51-R, lot number 150 in the aforementioned system.
 
 
Section 2.
 
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial District, to EMI, Educational/Medical Institutional District, certain property  bounded by: Centre Avenue, Morewood Avenue, Baum Boulevard and the existing East Busway right of way.

Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from UI, Urban Industrial District to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District, certain property bounded by the existing East Busway right of way, South Millvale Avenue, Gross Street, the southernmost boundary line of Block No. 51-E, lot number 236 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, Asia Way, Lima Way, and the existing UNC district boundary line.
 
Section 4.
 
Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from UNC, Urban Neighborhood Commercial District to EMI, Educational/Medical Institution District, certain property bounded by Baum Boulevard, the existing East Busway right of way, the existing UI district boundary line, Cypress Street, the westernmost boundary line of Block No. 51-K, lot number 172 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, the westernmost boundary line of Block No. 51-K, lot number 211in the aforementioned system, Woodworth Street, the western-, southern-, and easternmost boundary lines of Block No. 51-K, lot number 245 in the aforementioned system, and Woodworth Street.
