Resolution vacating a portion of Idlewood Road in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Idlewood Road in the 28th Ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by ant persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Vacating a portion of Idlewood Road, beginning at a point on the North-East Intersection of Idlewood Road with the westerly intersection of Morange Road; thence S. 19° 48' 58" W., a distance of 101.84' to a point of curve at an unnamed 50' right of way; thence by an Arc curving to the left having a radius of 125' for an Arc distance of 58.64' to a point; thence S. 84° 48' 03" W a distance of 14.23' to a point; thence N. 19° 48'58" E, a distance of 183.33' to a point at the intersection with Morange Road; thence along the westerly line of Morange Road, S. 47° 51'03' E a distance of 1.22' to a point of curve; thence by an Arc, curving to the right, having a radius of 175', for an Arc distance of 57.77 to the place of beginning There is a 15" sewer line that can be abandoned contingent upon the Port Authority of Allegheny County installing a 24" storm sewer and their filing of relocation plans that must be approved by PWSA and also reserving the right of easement of an 8" water line located therein, in the 28th ward, 2nd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
