Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-of-Way phases of the Calera Street Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Dollars ($1,384,000.00), an increase of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, to be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.
