Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows: 

 

Section 1.                     Resolution number 348 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Consultant(s) and Vendor(s) for the purpose of assisting the City in preparing and implementing a two-way communication process for the purpose of citizen involvement in planning, implementing and evaluating City programs and projects including, but not limited to the Five-Year Development Program, the Consolidated Plan, and for providing planning and architectural assistance, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:

Citizen Participation 200,000.00

Section 2.                     Resolution number 667 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,239,761.24, chargeable to and payable from the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 3.                     Resolution number 669 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,357,500.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2011 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 4.                     Resolution number 671 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $918,650.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 5.                     Resolution number 673 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,282,500.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 6.                     Resolution number 675 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $940,000, chargeable to and payable from the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 7.                     Resolution number 755 of 2016 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $895,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2015 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 8.                     Resolution number 100 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $675,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the Mayor’s Office.

 

Section 9.                     Resolution number 102 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $540,000, chargeable to and payable from the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the Mayor’s Office.

 

Section 10.                     Resolution number 288 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and /or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $800,000.00, chargeable and payable from the 2011 Community Development Block Grant Program, and listed code accounts in the Mayor’s Office.

 

Section 11.                     Resolution number 491 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. Section 13.                     Resolution number 494 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1: The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the Urban League of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of the Housing Counseling program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:

Section 14.                     Resolution number 496 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $850,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program and the listed code accounts in the City Council.

 

Section 15.                     Resolution number 798 of 2017 is hereby amended at Section 1 as follows, to reflect the move of the Community Development Division from the Department of City Planning to the Office of Management and Budget: 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of [City Planning] the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Community Based Organizations for community and economic development planning assistance in various neighborhoods in the City and providing operating support for these groups and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following account:
