Resolution amending Resolution #372, effective April 29, 1993 entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the purpose of providing architectural and design services, consumer surveys and market studies, promotional activities, commercial revitalization planning assistance, and business district management in various neighborhood business districts as part of the City's Neighborhood Business District Revitalization Program at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00", so as to reduce the amount encumbered to $99,965.86.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Resolution #372, effective April 29, 1993, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for the purpose of providing architectural design services, consumer surveys and market studies, promotional assistance and commercial revitalization planning assistance in various neighborhood commercial districts as part of the city's Neighborhood Business District Revitalization Program, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 1993 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, "Neighborhood Commercial Analysis and Support", No. 4-35-01-3062-93-237-93-35, Index No. 611376.
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for the purpose of providing architectural design services, consumer surveys and market studies, promotional assistance and commercial revitalization planning assistance in various neighborhood commercial districts as part of the city's Neighborhood Business District Revitalization Program, at a cost not to exceed $99,965.86, chargeable to and payable from the 1993 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, "Neighborhood Commercial Analysis and Support", 500000-2610-110000-C1993-2205900-1997.
