Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Specialty Vehicle Solutions, LLC in the amount of Forty Thousand Five Hundred Five Dollars and Ten Cents ($40,505.10) for the upfitting of a vehicle for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, chargeable to and payable from the Confiscated Narcotics Proceeds Trust Fund account 2300241600.56151.00.
