The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.                      The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, is hereby amended to rezone the parcel at 1070 Banksville Avenue in the 20th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh known in the Allegheny County Office of Deed Registry as parcel 0016-E-00025 from P (Parks) and NDI (Neighborhood Industrial District) to entirely NDI (Neighborhood Industrial District).
