Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC for legal services in connection with a litigation matter filed at the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, filed at G.D. 26-7380, and other legal services, for a not to exceed amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), payable over one (1) year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Del Sole Cavanaugh Stroyd LLC for legal services in connection with a litigation matter filed at the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, filed at G.D. 26-7380, and other legal services, for a not to exceed amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), payable over one (1) year, charging and payable from 11101.108000.53.53517.2026.
Section 2 Said Agreement or Agreements and amendments thereto are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
