Title
Resolution repealing resolution No. 559 of 2004 entitled "providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, for preliminary engineering services in connection with the McArdle Roadway Reconstruction, including Project Management Services; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $600,000" by repealing in its entirety.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 559 of 2004, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants in connection with the McArdle Roadway Reconstruction, including Project Management Services, at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement to the City of the state government's share of costs for design services in connection with the reconstruction of McArdle Roadway."
Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
