Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 703, effective October 17, 2011, as amended,
which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.

Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 703, effective October 17, 2011, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
