Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City Controller, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police, is hereby authorized to transfer Two Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Dollars ($237,000) for the purchase of four specialty vehicles for the Bureau of Police. The vehicles being purchased are (1) Collision Investigations Truck, (1) SWAT Rapid Deployment Vehicle, (1) Property Room Van and (1) Canine Van.
