Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the sum of Seventy-nine Thousand, Three Hundred and Ninety-three Dollars and Thirty-two Cents ($79,393.32) as follows:
