Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority ("PEDA") of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to accept funding from PEDA for the City's Energy Efficient Streetlight Conversion Project (Phase 1).  

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a grant Agreement with the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to accept funding from PEDA in an amount not to exceed Eight Hundred Sixteen Thousand, One Hundred Five Dollars ($816,105.00) to use for the City's Energy Efficient Streetlight Conversion Project (Phase 1).  The Grant Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund: account 450500, fund 2940, organization code 102000, project PR10058, budget year 2010, Office of the Mayor.
